To test GE broil element set you're digital meter to omhs as shown on picture. Place red clip lead to one side of element and black lead on the other side of the element. Reading on this bake element show's about 16.3 ohms. This shows a good bake element no need to replace it.If unit is not baking suspect a bad control board E.O.C {electronic oven control}At this point you will need service company to determined possible
